One of the Editors. I’m a second year Fine Artist at Teddy Hall. I’ve been doing Industry for a year and was on the events team. My artwork looks at speculative knowledge systems and landscapes, and takes the form of drawing, mixed media objects and writing! I love the work of Kiki Smith, Annie Ernaux, Virginia Woolf, Borges and Pina Bausch!!
Hi everyone! I’m a masters student in Visual, Material and Museum Anthropology at St Peters! I did my undergrad in Archaeology and Anthropology at Keble College and have been doing Industry for four years! I am now one of the editors in chiefs! I am a multi-media artist working in the realms of mythology and dreams.
Hi everyone! I’m Bella, a visiting student from Barnard College studying Classics at Oriel and I’m super excited to be working on Industry’s new podcast this year! Recently, I’ve been loving listening to the MOMA Magazine Podcast and the Courtauld Institute’s Digital Media Podcast. I also enjoy playing saxophone, reading graphic novels and checking out art exhibitions in my free time.
I’m Ellie and I am the head of the Creative Team! I’m currently studying at the Ruskin, and spend most of my time sewing or knitting ugly scarves. I love the works of Lindsey Mendick, Saelia Apericio, Anna Maria Maiolino and Claes Oldenburg massively, and would spend all my time in Eastside Projects in Birmingham if I could.
Hi I’m Natalina! Head of events. I’m a second year student at Balliol studying Spanish and Italian. This is my first year doing industry but I did do a cheeky photo shoot for the mag last year. Fashion is one of my biggest passions so I’m super excited to lead some craft workshops on upcycling and repurposing clothes!
Hello, I’m Harry, the literary editor. I’m a second year English and French undergrad at Balliol. I’m most interested in literature that engages with expressive limitations, and love nothing more than a pun. I also love the work of John Ashbery, Hito Steyerl, Lydia Davis, Thomas Bernhard and Vladimir Nabokov. In my spare time I enjoy baking bread and tennis.
